1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jjvin platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active jjvin account.
• You are accessing jjvin from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jjvin or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence.

jjvin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a valid CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where satisfactory proof cannot be provided, or where jjvin has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus amounts awarded.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jjvin services, including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting markets, you must register a player account. By completing registration you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

The following conditions apply to your jjvin account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jjvin at any time. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are subject to closure. Balances on secondary accounts will be forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjvin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jjvin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: jjvin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or upon reaching defined deposit thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jjvin support may result in account restrictions.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Inaccurate contact or payment information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Non-Transferability: Your jjvin account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on jjvin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjvin supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jjvin account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and security checks. jjvin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jjvin reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source if the source-of-funds requirement is not met.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a jjvin deposit is considered a fraudulent act and will result in immediate account suspension. Outstanding balances equivalent to the chargeback amount will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Currency: All account balances, stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. jjvin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jjvin offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion's terms. Playing games with 0% contribution while a bonus is active will not progress your wagering requirement.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds not used, and wagering requirements not completed, within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Abuse: jjvin reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee a profit, placing low-risk bets exclusively to clear wagering requirements on high-contribution games, and any other behaviour jjvin determines to be outside the spirit of the promotion.
• Opt-Out: Players who do not wish to receive bonus funds may request a bonus opt-out through live chat support before making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and any real-money wager has been placed, the bonus cannot be reversed.

5. Betting Rules & Game Fairness

jjvin's sportsbook and casino products are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and game-specific rules available within each product area on the platform.

• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each product before you place a wager. jjvin reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet or casino game round is not confirmed until you have received an explicit confirmation from the jjvin platform. In the event of a technical error or communication failure before confirmation is received, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Void Bets: jjvin reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where a market was offered in error, or where the integrity of an event is in question. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• RNG Certification: All casino games on jjvin that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) employ certified RNG systems that are independently tested for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game are available within the game information panel. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by human dealers in a licensed studio environment.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or sports bet, jjvin's server-side game records will determine the outcome. Disconnection does not entitle a player to a refund of a wager that was already confirmed by the system before the disconnection occurred.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjvin and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether directly or through associated persons.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms or markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using jjvin for the purpose of money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during account verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks against jjvin deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jjvin staff or other players through any communication channel.

jjvin reserves the right to report any activity that may constitute a criminal offence to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.

7. Responsible Gaming

jjvin is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all markets it serves, including Pakistan. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we have invested in tools and procedures to support player welfare.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Controls: Players may configure session reminders and maximum session durations. Once a session time limit is reached, the player will be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through live chat support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be ceased.
• Reality Checks: jjvin may display periodic on-screen reminders showing how long a player has been active and how much has been wagered during the current session.
• Age Verification: jjvin enforces the 21+ age requirement at registration and may conduct additional age checks at any point during the account lifecycle.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

jjvin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempted chargebacks or payment disputes against jjvin deposits.
• Conduct that jjvin, at its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of betting markets.

A player may voluntarily close their jjvin account at any time by contacting support through live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within five business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus balances outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed by jjvin due to a breach of these Terms, jjvin reserves the right to retain the account balance as damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjvin's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjvin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance periods, provided jjvin has taken reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used to determine sports betting outcomes, provided jjvin applies reasonable measures to verify data integrity.
• Acts of God, civil unrest, regulatory action, or other events beyond jjvin's reasonable control that affect the availability of the platform.

jjvin provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jjvin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jjvin will provide notice to registered players via the email address on record or through an in-platform notification. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the jjvin platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Amendments do not apply retrospectively to bets or game rounds already confirmed prior to the amendment date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jjvin holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the jjvin complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.
